Ruff Patches' main goal is to help keep pets in the homes they already have.  Unfortunately, despite trying everything within their power, some pet owners decide they need to find a more appropriate home for their pet. Members of the public often find stray dogs or cats and need assistance placing their them. That's where we come in! We then list these pets online for them and invite them to show their dog or cat at our adoption events.

If you are interested in adopting a dog or cat from us, please click on the appropriate link below.  Before adopting a dog or cat, we will ask you to fill out an application (to make sure it's a good match!), visit your home for a home check (to ensure the safety of the pet, not to check on your house keeping skills!), have you sign a contract and make a donation to cover the pet's health-related expenses and boarding while in our care. All of our animals are spayed or neutered, have current shots and are microchipped.
